Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding South African public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We ship nationwide via reputable couriers (e.g., The Courier Guy, Aramex, or similar). Estimated delivery times:
- Major cities (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 8-11business days
- Outlying areas: 8-11 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over R1500 within South Africa.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor your delivery on the courier's website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [tekanavuyo3@gmail.com]. We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping We currently ship within South Africa only. International shipping is not available at this time.
